This home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and has been recently painted both inside and out.

Showings start this Friday, October 15th at 11:30am on. It'll be an easy show all weekend along with concurrent open houses between 2pm and 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday, the 16th and 17th (agents always protected.)

Update as of October 27, 2021. After reviewing 9 offers, we accepted one great offer well over the asking price. We are now under contract and we have also passed a short due diligence period.
